4 Black thee bags
100g Sugar

3 weeks                         1 month                         40 days

After 3 weeks the thin kombucha layer starts to mold.
Ipotetical reason: Dast/ Tools not well sterilized / low quantity of sugar/ low pH.

I left the mold for 2 weeks more, to see if the thickness of the kombucha under the mold could grow, but without any result.
After 1 month and a half, I took off the Mother out of the Jar and place for new culture,(test 02).

After 6 days nothing happened.
notes: The mother hasn’t been clean for this test.
problem: The temperature of the water was low

200g Sugar
200ml Vinegar
