Fruit leather

ORANGE

Internal skin orange + 5ml Lemon + 5 g sugar + 10ml water_
Natural dry

Result: I pilled off the internal part of orange and I lead down on a tray for 3 days.
The final result rough surface and fragile.

Smashed Internal skin orange+ 5ml Lemon + 5 g sugar + + 10ml water_
Oven 4 h 70°C

Result: The fruit wasn’t smashed completely, that made an irregular surface in term of thickness and homogeneity.
Behaviors: Dry and flexible layer.
Notes: I tried to cook the fruit leather between two foils layer, but after two hours the fruit was not yet cook, so I remove I layer in order to cook it.

APPLE

Smashed Apple + 5ml Lemon + 15 g sugar – 10ml water_
Oven 2 h 120°C

Result: The apple wasn’t smashed completely, that made an irregular surface in term of thickness and homogeneity. Behaviors: flexible layer with good resistance at the pulling.
Notes: The result is too sticky
